After doing this, you will need to put some thermal compound on the GPU. The thermal compound costs about $1. You can find it at any electronic or computer store.

After applying the compound, put the two washers below and above the heat sink screws on the motherboard. When you are done doing this, put everything back together. And you’re done. It’s simple. And I highly recommend you fix it yourself.
