Repairing the ring of death on your Xbox 360 can be frustrating and a hassle. Especially when you have no clue as to what to do or how to do it. So, what I’m going to do is share with you some Xbox 360 ring of death repair tips.

That way, you can fix the red lights yourself and won’t ever have to worry about it becoming a problem again.

The Xbox 360 ring of death repair tips are:

1. The first way to fix the ring of death is to deal with the overheating of your Xbox. This is why it is having problems. Your Xbox 360 lacks an effective cooling system which makes it easy for your game system to overheat.

2. The next way to fix the ring of death is to send your Xbox to Microsoft. If your Xbox is still under warranty, it will be free. However, it will take them a long time to fix it. So be prepared to wait a while. If it’s not under warranty, you will have to pay over $100 to get it fixed.

3. The third Xbox 360 ring of death repair tip is to fix it yourself. It’s easy to do. And I recommend you do it this way. Once you fix it yourself, you won’t have to worry about the red lights ever coming back on again. It will take about an hour to fix and you will need some household tools.

To fix the problem: Take the case off and remove the DVD drive. Take off the heat sink and x clamp. Next you should clean the GPU and CPU. After doing this, you will need to put some thermal compound on the GPU. The thermal compound costs about $1. You can find it at any electronic or computer store.

After applying the compound, put the two washers below and above the heat sink screws on the motherboard. When you are done doing this, put everything back together. And you’re done. It’s simple. And I highly recommend you fix it yourself.

If you are wondering how much does satellite TV for PC costs; do not worry you are not going to pay anywhere near what you are currently paying to watch television. The high cost of running satellite TV services and cable networks make it harder for them to compete with PC satellite TV systems. With the PC satellite TV system, you are utilizing both the satellite TV technology and the internet technology. By using Free to air satellite transmission and display; this gives the satellite companies the ability to access thousands of satellite TV stations from world news.

How much does satellite TV for PC cost? This service is going to cost you a small one time fee of about $50 – $100; with no other monthly fees to pay. If you are currently paying for cable service then you know how expensive that can be. One of the reasons people are choosing to go with Satellite TV for PC; is because they understand how much money it can save them.

With the regular cable service you receive just television some services may also receive music channels. With the satellite TV for PC service you get unlimited movie on demand, radio stations, and 1,000 – 4,000 channels. You also receive lifetime upgrades whenever they upgrade their service. If you have more than one computer in your home you can easily download the software to all the computers in your home. With cable service in my state anyway; they charge you a fee for each television that you decide to connect the cable to. It is crazy; but that is how the cable companies make their money. If you decide to set up a DIY satellite dish system, it can easily cost you hundreds and thousands of dollars depending on the one that you chose to go with.

As you can see the benefits for choosing satellite TV for PC; in my opinion outweigh choosing the regular cable television service or the satellite TV services. Watch live TV on PC products have risen to the occasion in recent years, by fulfilling its prophecy to let users across the globe make use of hi-tech hardware and software that turns any computer into s super TV entertainment center. Its ingenious ability to use the Internet so that desktop, laptop and hand-held computers, including cell phones can access unlimited free channels and video on-demand have made these much sought after products popular today. If you want more TV savings, freedom, flexibility, and mobility, these products will offer all of that and more.

If you have a desire to watch computer TV and/or Internet TV to watch home channels/VOD or 1000s of free Internet channels/VOD across the globe, then consider yourself a computer/Internet TV enthusiast and part of millions who already ventured into this new phenomenon. Whether you want to watch computer TV from your cable box/satellite receiver or want instant access to free Internet media, it takes either TV on PC software or hardware to bring all sides together. Whichever one you choose, the Internet will have a great part in it.

Why do TV on PC hardware and software need the Internet? Simply because it gives users more TV freedom, flexibility and mobility to watch whatever they like while on the go. Imagine watching your favorite home channels/VOD or Internet channels/VOD from any location while at home, work, college or on a trip, using a desktop, laptop, ipod, cell phone, etc. And it doesn’t matter whether or not you use your own computer, just so as long it has an Internet broadband connection.  Anyone can do this very easily and legally without any problems or risks.

Now this brings us to one question which has to do with the TV on PC platform you prefer. When considering using both hardware and software on a computer, you’ll experience unlimited Worldwide TV/Radio/VOD entertainment. Take a TV to PC hardware for instance, you can  connect it to a satellite TV receiver or cable box with any desktop/laptop computer. The hardware allows you to connect to the Internet via your computer’s Internet Broadband connection. Not only will this enable users to access any Cable and/or Satellite TV/Radio/On-demand channels from their home TV entertainment centers, but with the Internet they can travel anywhere across the globe and still gain access to their favorite home TV channels.

In addition, your home TV set don’t have to be on in order to gain access to those channels. And, you can access those channels from any computer with a broadband connection, not just your own. Furthermore, you can watch your favorite channels and on-demand videos through your cell phone–if compatible. To make this work also requires special software. TV on PC hardware offers the best video quality on a computer compared to any PC Satellite TV and Live Satellite TV Feeds software. However, they generally cost a lot more starting at over $100.00 USD.

However, when considering PCTV hardware to watch computer TV the cost can become quite high. Simply do the math by adding up the costs for a PCTV hardware (one-time fee) including Satellite or Cable TV and broadband connection monthly services. On the other hand, a much cheaper approach would be TV on PC software–better known as PC Satellite TV or Live Satellite TV Feeds software. Instead of paying $100s of dollars, you only pay for an Internet broadband connection and a small one-time  fee to download the software.

By installing software on your desktop/laptop computer, you get instant access to 1000s of free Internet TV/Radio channels and VOD from across the globe. The software package will include the merchant’s pre-loaded and specially designed hi-tech TV player to automate access to exciting Internet media entertainment.

The all-in-one action packed member’s area provides many links and downloads to install free TV player software and access to a large array of very popular TV media sites to access tons of free channels manually. When all said and done this could very well add another 10,000 to 28,000 or more channels to your super computer TV entertainment center.

Software offers automation which separates it from the manually way of accessing free Internet TV channels. It organizes and saves time when looking for and accessing many TV/Radio/VOD media websites which can lead to slow loading pages and pop-up advertisements. However, top TV on PC software packages offer the best of both Worlds. You get both automation and manual access to every available channel and VOD on the Internet. Just like TV on PC hardware, software allows access from any location across the globe via computer.
